By downloading or using ColorMaster ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Zarzara grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for your own entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, gameplay, code, and name "ColorMaster" — is the property of Zarzara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

In-App Purchases

Certain features may be available for purchase within the App. All purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Processed by Google Play or the App Store — not by Zarzara
• Tied to your Google/Apple account and subject to their terms

For refund requests, please contact Google Play or Apple support directly.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zarzara does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarzara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to the App or Terms

Zarzara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
