FlexFrame ("the App") is a time-lapse photography application developed by Zarzara ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App on Android or iOS.

The short version: the App is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server we control.

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require an account, registration, or any form of sign-in.

All data created by the App — including photos, project names, settings, and generated videos — is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to use, sell, share, or process on our end.

All data the App generates — photos, project names, app preferences, generated MP4 videos — is used only to provide the App's features to you, locally on your device. This data is never sent anywhere.

The current version of FlexFrame does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Your usage is entirely private.

Looking ahead: we plan to integrate third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob) in a future update to support the App's continued development. When that update is released, those SDKs may collect device identifiers (such as an advertising ID) and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will update this Privacy Policy before any such integration goes live, and — where required by law — seek your consent. You will be able to opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings.

All App data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage mechanisms. No data is transmitted to external servers by the App itself.

Security of your data depends on your device's own protections — screen lock, device encryption, and OS updates. We recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date.

To permanently remove all App data, simply uninstall the App. All photos, project data, and settings will be deleted from your device.

FlexFrame is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play. The App is a general-purpose photography tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App collects no personal data at all, it is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations such as GDPR-K — there is simply no data to collect, store, or share.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow submitted personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly address your concern.

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our systems, there is no data held by us to access, correct, export, or delete.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you retain all rights granted by those laws. To exercise any of these rights — or if you have questions about how data may be processed by future third-party SDKs — please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we introduce third-party advertising SDKs. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes — for example, through an in-app notice.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
