By downloading, installing, or using the FlexFrame application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Users under the age of 13 should have parental or guardian consent before using the App. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play.

Zarzara grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You must also comply with the terms of the platform through which you obtained the App (Google Play or Apple App Store).

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you create using the App. Zarzara does not access, store, or claim any rights over content you create.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws regarding photography, privacy, and recording in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent that you have the right to capture and use any content you create.

The App requests the following device permissions in order to function:

FlexFrame is free to download and use. We do not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Looking ahead: the App will display advertising in a future update to support its continued development. We also plan to offer an optional one-time premium upgrade that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Prices, if introduced, are subject to change and will be clearly displayed before any purchase.

Any future paid features will be clearly labeled. Free core functionality will remain available without payment.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, Zarzara is not liable for loss of data resulting from uninstalling the App, device loss or failure, or any other cause. Back up your photos independently if they are important to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zarzara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may also update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Romania.
