PIXCLEAR / BY ZARZARA
Terms of Use
PixClear’s tools are free. You decide what to keep, optimize or delete, and deletions happen only after you confirm in the system dialog. Premium removes ads and is billed by your app store.
01. Using PixClear
These terms govern your use of the PixClear app provided by Zarzara. By installing or using PixClear you agree to them, together with the terms of the App Store or Google Play from which you obtained it. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
02. Permission to use the app
Zarzara grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PixClear on devices you own or control, as permitted by the store’s usage rules. You may not reverse-engineer the app except where law permits, interfere with its ads or purchase verification, or use it to violate others’ rights.
03. Your photos and your decisions
Your photos and videos remain yours. PixClear only acts on media you allow it to access, and you decide what to keep, optimize or delete. Deletions happen only after you approve the operating system’s confirmation; once the system removes an item, including from Recently Deleted, PixClear cannot recover it.
Optimized copies are lossy by design and may differ from the original in quality, resolution or metadata. Review the comparison before keeping an optimized copy, and keep separate backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
04. Free features, ads and Premium
All media tools are free. The free version is supported by ads. A rewarded ad, when you choose to watch one to the end, removes ads for 24 hours from completion; rewards depend on ad availability and are not guaranteed.
Premium removes ads and is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the price shown by your store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Premium is tied to the store account used to buy it and may not transfer between iOS and Android. Use Restore purchases to restore it on a new device with the same store account.
05. Third-party services and availability
PixClear relies on the operating system, Apple or Google photo services, Google AdMob and RevenueCat. Their availability and terms are outside Zarzara’s control. Features may change, and Zarzara may update or discontinue the app.
06. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, without a promise that it will be error-free, that size estimates will be exact, or that it will meet every purpose. File sizes shown in the app are not the same as storage freed on your device.
To the extent permitted by law, Zarzara is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of media you chose to delete or replace with an optimized copy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
07. Ending use and changes to these terms
You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time; uninstalling removes PixClear’s local data but does not cancel a subscription, which you manage in your store. The license may end if you materially breach these terms, subject to any notice required by law.
Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated, and consent obtained, where required.
08. Apple-specific terms and contact
If you obtained PixClear from the App Store, these terms are between you and Zarzara, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance and is not responsible for claims relating to the app; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
