Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using BoxIndex ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Zarzara grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any commercial purpose
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, code, and name "BoxIndex" — is the property of Zarzara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Data
BoxIndex stores all inventory data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and backup of your data.
Zarzara strongly recommends exporting your inventory regularly using the built-in JSON or ZIP export in Settings. Zarzara is not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, App deletion, OS updates, or any other cause.
No Warranty on Data
The App is provided "as is." Zarzara does not guarantee that your inventory data will be preserved across App updates, device migrations, or operating system changes.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. The CSV export feature is provided for this purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zarzara does not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
- The App will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarzara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inventory records.
Changes to the App or Terms
Zarzara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
